Tidy Up the Town Safe Graphics Mode: Verified Options

Understand what official graphics requirements confirm before using safe-mode launch advice.

Do not assume a named safe mode exists

The official store and press kit cited below do not document a Tidy Up the Town option named Safe Graphics Mode. Instructions for similarly named games should not be treated as a supported launcher option here. Check the current game menu and developer announcements for any subsequently documented setting.

Use reversible checks first

Remove experimental launch flags you previously added, verify game files through Steam and compare hardware against the listed requirements. If the game reaches its settings menu, change only options actually available in your installed version. Note original values so that you can restore them.

Know what graphics compatibility means

The developer lists Windows and Linux, and the store requires Direct3D 12 or Vulkan support. An undocumented safe mode cannot be assumed to make unsupported hardware compatible. See Vulkan compatibility and the launch checklist before trying engine flags from another game.
