Compare with official requirements
The store lists 8 GB RAM and a GTX 1050 Ti with 4 GB or Radeon RX 570 with 4 GB as minimum references. Direct3D 12 or Vulkan support is required. Meeting minimum specifications does not promise a particular frame rate at every resolution or setting.
Reduce one source of workload at a time
Measure the same scene before and after a change. Close unnecessary background applications. If display resolution or graphics controls are available in your version, try a lower workload and keep notes. On a laptop, confirm that the intended GPU is active and the system is not in a low-power mode.
Report the right symptom
A consistently low frame rate differs from occasional pauses or a crash. Include hardware, driver version, resolution and the area where performance drops when asking for help.
